Ok so it's been a while sence i've been on here. Have a lot of projects going on and this one just feel on the back burner. But i do plan to get back on it. And more pics and videos to come. But back this around.

Just in case you were wondering what i was building. I'm just half way thru it. And the handle is a bit different but cut me a break it's hard finding things to look like movie props.

Flux capacitor done

So I finally finished my Flux Capacitor. Of course I'll be making a few tweaks along the way, but basically it's done. I will have more videos and photos coming soon. Now I move on to the Mr. Fusion.

Building the Flux Capacitor

It all started with the quest for the perfect (and affordable) tin lunch box. The first store I tried didn't have them, at the next store they were way over priced. Finally, at my wife's favorite home decoration store I found the perfect box for the perfect price. Victory was mine!

After spending two weeks searching my home from top to bottom, in places high and places low, for a my beloved blinking fiber optic cable, I finally lost hope and hit the mall in search of a replacement blinking light source. For once, Radio Shack pulled through!

Then, with the necessary parts in my possession, I pulled out my trusty Dremmel tool, and with a swoosh and swish, and some magic time juice (aka coffee), I produced a Flux Capacitor.
